Weekly loop
- Monday: Pick one weakness from last week’s study (honest).
- Tue–Sun: 15 minutes daily, same game family, same card set (max ~30 active items).
- Next Monday: Quick check—did the leak shrink? If yes, new weakness.
If no, same game + smaller set or slower pace.
This pairs with 15-minute daily practice and without textbooks scheduling.
Why not “random games every day”?
Variety is fun, but randomness scatters adaptation. Constraint (one mode) forces the brain to solve one bottleneck.
You can rotate for fun after the week.
Content source matters
